Following our decision to postpone the FEFCO Summit to 15-17 September 2010, please find below some practical information regarding the status of your registration:

- If you are already registered, your registration is valid and will be automatically re-confirmed for the September event.

- If you cannot attend the FEFCO Summit in September, two options are possible:

o You can send a replacement.

o You can cancel your participation (in writing) the latest by Friday 7 May 2010, in that case your fee will be refunded.

After this date, the cancellation will no longer be possible.

We should inform you that we have 259 registrations and the list of attendees represents the most senior people in our industry from across Europe and the USA, South America and the Far East.  The high level programme will remain the same.

We are also aware that others have asked to register, but we will not extend that invitation until after the 7th May to avoid over booking.
