The conference registration fees give access to the exhibition area, plenary and spotlight sessions, cocktail reception, lunches, and coffee breaks.

Exhibition registration fees (excl. 20% VAT) - No VAT on Stands fees

1. 2.050 € (1.600 € + 450€) - First ordered stand unit of 9m² with one exhibition Pass for three days.
   You will receive one invoice for the Pass (with VAT) and one for the Stand(s) (without VAT) 
   1.600 € - Each other stand unit (maximum 4 units per company, subject to availability) 
   280 € - One-day exhibition pass either on 25 or 26 or 27 October
   450€ - Two or three Days exhibition pass

2. - FEFCO members can register online for the full Seminar or the exhibition for one, two days, or three days
   - Exhibitors may invite non-member guests to the exhibition for one, two, or three days. Please request the guest registration form by email to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [4]
   - The basic stand package is to order separately from the venue stand builder. Details on the Exhibition page and in the Exhibitor Manual to be available in March.  [5]

Privacy Policy

- Please read and agree to the FEFCO privacy policy [6] before you register.

Payment

- Only FEFCO members with no outstanding payments may exhibit and register for the Technical Seminar
- The registration confirmation is sent after the fee payment
- You can pay via Ingenico's secure payments platform with Master, Visa, or American Express credit cards
- You can also pay via Paypal with your preferred method
- Payment for the same order (one or more participants) is possible with one or several credit cards
- Payment by bank transfer is restricted to groups with 10 or more participants from the same company
- After payment please wait a few seconds until you are directed back to the registration page, failure of which, your payment will not be saved
- Once your payment is accepted, you will be able to download a receipt and an invoice on the same webpage; as many times as needed

Cancellation policy

Only cancellations submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [4] will be accepted.
- 50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 2 August 2023
- No refund for no-shows and or cancellations received after 2 August 2023

Replacement Policy

The substitution of a colleague is possible at no extra cost provided that the request is submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [4]
