Workshop registration fees (excl. 21% VAT)

Payment

Only members with no outstanding payments may register for our events
-  Payment by bank transfer is restricted to Groups with 10 or more participants from the same entity

1. -  You can pay via Ingenico secure platform with Master, Visa, or American Express credit cards
2. -  Another option is to pay via Paypal, with your preferred method of payment
3. -  Payment via Ingenico for the same order (one or more participants) is possible with one or several credit cards

• After your payment please wait a few seconds until you are redirected to the registration platform 

If payment is accepted, you will receive a registration confirmation. You will also be able to download a receipt and an invoice on the same platform.

Cancellation policy

Only cancellations submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [2] will be handled.
-  50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 15 July.
-  No refund for no-show and cancellations received after the above date.

Replacement policy

-  The substitution of a colleague is possible at no extra cost if the request is submitted in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [2]
-  FEFCO will not change the invoice following a replacement.
