Dear member, 

As your host, we want to make sure that your arrival in (and departure from) Rome goes as smoothly as possible. FEFCO is arranging a shuttle bus service to drive you from the Roma Fiumicino airport to the Roma Convention Centre upon arrival, and back after the Technical Seminar is over. 

We will adjust the shuttle bus schedule according to your answers.
