Payment

Only members with no outstanding payments at FEFCO may register for our events
-  Payment by bank transfer is restricted to Groups with 5 or more participants from the same company
-  You can pay via Ingenico secure platform with Master, ans VISA credit cards
-  Another option is to pay via PayPal, with your preferred method of payment
-  Payment via Ingenico for the same order (one or more participants) is possible with one or several credit cards

1. After your payment please wait a few seconds until you are redirected to the registration platform
   If payment is accepted, you will receive a registration confirmation. You will also be able to download a receipt and an invoice on the same platform
    

2. Replacement policy

- The substitution of a colleague is possible at no extra cost by submitting a written request to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [2]
- The original invoice will not change following a replacement

Cancellation policy

- Only justified cancellations submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org [3] will be considered for replacement
- No refund for no-shows and cancellations
