Only FEFCO Members with no outstanding payments may register and access the FEFCO Technical Seminar in Barcelona
Fees
Conference
750 € excl. VAT - Early bird rate, valid until 30 April 2015
850 € excl. VAT - Full rate as from 1 May 2015
300 € excl. VAT - Young Professional (under 30 years old at the registration date)
450 € excl. VAT - Conference Group rate, as from 11th participant from the same company
350 € excl. VAT - Conference 1/2 Day Pass on 30 October 2015
550 € excl. VAT - Conference Day Pass on 28 or 29 October 2015
The conference fees include access to the Conference presentations, Exhibition Hall, Spotlights Sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and cocktails.

Exhibition
Exhibitors need to register at least one person to look after the stand during the 3 days Seminar:
400 € excl. VAT - Stand personnel
Exhibitors may invite guests to the seminar Exhibition Hall for one or more days:
150 € excl. VAT - Exhibition Guest Day Pass ¤ 28 Oct. ¤ 29 Oct. ¤ 30 Oct.

The Exhibition registration covering for stand personnel and guests fees include access to the Exhibition Hall, Spotlights Sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and cocktails but not Conference presentations.
Cancellation policy
Only cancellations in written to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org will be accepted
Refunds will be as follows:
- 50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 21 August 2015
- No refund will be given for cancellations requested after 21 August 2015 or in case of no-show.

Replacement is possible any time in written to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
