Conference registration fees (excluding 7.70% VAT)

750 € - Early bird rate, valid until 5 April 2019
850 € - Full rate as from 6 April 2019
300 € - Young Professional - under 30 years old at the registration date
550 € - Day Pass either on 9, 10 or 11 October 2019
500 € - Group rate as from 11th participant from the same company. For the Group registration form, please contact us at houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org

The conference registration fees give access to all plenary sessions, the exhibition, the spotlights sessions, three lunches, one official cocktail and refreshment breaks.

Exhibition registration fees (excluding 7.70% VAT)

1. - The Exhibitors need to register at least one person to look after the stand during the full Seminar.
   - The Exhibitors may invite non-member guests to the exhibition area for one day or the 3-day Seminar. Please contact us at houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
   - FEFCO members can visit the exhibition area during one or the full Seminar.
   
   1.600 € - Stand space booking (maximum 4 units of 9m² each per company). Basic stand package and furniture to be ordered separately. See Exhibition section
   250 € - One day exhibition pass
   400 € - Two or three days exhibition pass

Payment

- Only FEFCO members with no outstanding payments may register for the FEFCO Technical Seminar
- Payment by bank transfer is possible only for groups with 10 or more participants from the same entity
- The registration confirmation is sent after the payment approval
- You can pay via Ingenico secure payments platform with Master, Visa or American Express credit cards
- Another option is to pay via Paypal, with your preferred method of payment
- Payment for the same order (one or more participants) is possible with one or several credit cards

After your payment please wait few seconds until you are redirect to the FEFCO registration website. 
When the payment is accepted, you will be able to download a receipt and or an invoice.

Cancellation policy

Only cancellations submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org will be accepted.

- 50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 5 August 2019
- No refund for no-show and or cancellations received after 5 August 2019

Replacement policy

The substitution of a colleague from the same organisation is possible at no extra cost provided that the request is submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
