Conference registration fees (excl. 21% VAT)
890 € - Early bird rate, valid until 4 March
990 € - Full rate as from 5 March
400 € - Young Professional (under 30 years old at the registration date)
150 € - Partner ticket

Payment
Only FEFCO members with no outstanding payments may register for the Summit
- Payment by bank transfer is possible only for groups with 10 or more participants from the same entity
- You can pay via Ingenico secure payments platform with Master, Visa, or American Express credit cards
- Another option is to pay via Paypal, with your preferred method of payment
- Payment via Ingenico for the same order (one or more participants) is possible with one or several credit cards
- The registration confirmation is sent after the payment approval
Cancellation policy
Only cancellations submitted online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org will be accepted
- 50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 4 April
- No refund for no-show and or cancellations received after 4 April
Replacement policy
- The substitution of a colleague is possible at no extra cost provided that the request is submitted in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
- We will not change the invoice following a replacement.
