In case of event cancellation, FEFCO will refund the registration fees of participants and exhibitors.
Conference registration fees (excl. VAT)
750 € - Early bird rate, expired on 12 July 2021
850 € - Full rate as of 13 July 2021
300 € - Young Professional - under 30 years old at the registration date
550 € - Day Pass either on 20 or 21 or 22 October 2021
500 € - Group rate as from 11th participant from the same company. For the Group registration form, please contact us at email@example.com
The conference registration fees give access to all plenary sessions, the exhibition, the spotlights sessions, lunches, official cocktail reception, and all coffee breaks.
Exhibition registration fees (excl. VAT)
- Exhibitors need to register at least one person to look after the stand during the full Seminar.
- Exhibitors may invite non-member guests to the exhibition area for one day, two, or the full Seminar. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- FEFCO members can visit the exhibition area during one day, two, or the full Seminar.
1.600 € - Stand space booking (maximum 4 units per company of 9m² each ). Basic stand package and furniture to be ordered separately. See Exhibition section
250 € - One-day exhibition pass either on 20 or 21 or 22 October 2021
400 € - Two or three days exhibition pass
The Exhibition registration fees give access to the exhibition, Spotlight sessions, lunches, official cocktail reception, and all coffee breaks.
- Only FEFCO members with no outstanding payments may register for the Technical Seminar
- The registration confirmation is sent after fee payment
- You can pay via Ingenico secure payments platform with Master, Visa, or American Express credit cards
- You can also pay via Paypal with your preferred method of payment
- Payment for the same order (one or more participants) is possible with one or several credit cards
- Payment by bank transfer is possible only for groups with 10 or more participants from the same company
After payment please wait few seconds until you are directed back to the registration page.
When payment is accepted, you will be able to download a receipt and an invoice on the same platform.
Only cancellations submitted online or in writing to email@example.com will be accepted.
- 50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 2 August 2021
- No refund for no-show and or cancellations received after 2 August 2021
The substitution of a colleague is possible at no extra cost provided that the request is submitted online or in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
