Payment
- Only FEFCO members with no outstanding payments are eligible to register for the Summit
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you by email after successful payment
Payment methods:
- STRIPE is a secure payment platform to pay with MasterCard or Visa cards only, so no AMEX card
- Payment for the same order with more than one participant can be completed with multiple credit cards
- Payment by bank transfer is restricted to groups of 6 or more participants from the same company
- After your payment please wait a few seconds until you are redirected to the FEFCO registration website
- When the payment is accepted, you will receive a registration confirmation by email
- Upon confirmation, you will also be able to download a receipt and an invoice on the same platform
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations will be accepted for replacement only and must be submitted in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations without a replacement
Replacement Policy
- A colleague may be substituted at no additional cost, provided the request is submitted either online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
