Payment policy
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Payment is made at the hotel using the payment method of their choice.
• For safety reasons, the credit card used and its owner, must be present upon check-in.
• Upon arrival your credit/debit card will also be pre-authorised for any incidental expenses during your stay.

Cancellation policy
• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the date of arrival.
• No show will be charged in full.
Other terms
• The reservation link allows only individual bookings
• Reservations must be booked with an individual name and Credit Card
• Reservations with invalid/declined credit cards will be cancelled / declined
• Name change is possible only by mail to reservas.melia.castilla@melia.com and up to 10 days prior to arrival
• Dates changes or additional nights may be done via the confirmation number that each guest will receive upon original reservation
• FEFCO cannot make bookings or cancellations on behalf of participants
• For group bookings (5 rooms or more) please contact the hotel at reservas.melia.castilla@melia.com - Group rates are the same as individual booking rates.
