890 € - Early bird rate, valid until 19 February

Payment
- Membership requirement: only FEFCO members with no outstanding payments are eligible to exhibit and register for the Technical Seminar
- Registration Confirmation: registration is confirmed only after the fee payment is successfully processed
Payment methods:
- STRIPE is a secure payment platform to pay with MasterCard or Visa cards only. It is not possible to pay with AMEX card
- PayPal is another alternative using your preferred payment method. Please contact FEFCO
- Flexible payments: payment for the same order (covering one or more participants) can be completed using one or multiple credit cards
- Bank transfer option: restricted to groups of 5 or more participants from the same company
- Post-payment process: after payment online, please wait a few seconds to be redirected back to the registration page. Failure to wait may cancel your payment
- Receipt and invoice: once payment is accepted, you can download your receipt and invoice from the same webpage as often as needed.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations will be accepted for replacement only and must be submitted in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations without a replacement
Replacement Policy
- A colleague may be substituted at no additional cost, provided the request is submitted either online or in writing to houriet.lefebvre@fefco.org
Visa Process
Non-EU delegates are advised to verify the visa requirements for their country of citizenship well in advance of travel. If you need an invitation letter to support your visa application, please contact us promptly
