Conference
750 € excl. VAT - Early bird rate, valid until 14th June 2013

280 € excl. VAT - Young Professional (under 30 years old at the registration date)
425 € excl. VAT - Conference Group rate, as from 11th participant from the same company
350 € excl. VAT - Conference 1/2 Day Pass on 24 October 2013
550 € excl. VAT - Conference Day Pass – Full day on 22nd October and 23rd October 2013

Exhibitors can invite guests to the seminar exhibition hall at a daily fee of 125 € (excl. VAT) per guest.

Cancellation policy
Only cancellations in written by fax to FEFCO (+32 2 646 64 60) will be accepted. Refunds will be as follows:
- 50 % refund for cancellations received prior to 21st August 2013. No refunds after this date.
- No refund will be given for cancellations requested after 21st August 2013 or in case of no-show.
- Substitutions are allowed at any time. However, a written notification is required.
